About

I'm Soodabeh Eshghi: founder of A3S, Program & Transformation Leader, and someone who has spent a lifetime bringing clarity and structure to complex environments.

My career began at CERN in Geneva, where I worked as a Programmer Analyst and Researcher while completing my graduate studies. I developed parallel processing and data acquisition software for high-energy physics experiments and collaborated with European research teams. The precision and discipline of that environment shaped the way I think: analytical, structured, and deeply committed to solving complex problems with clarity.

From CERN, I moved into advanced engineering roles in the Netherlands: designing real-time embedded systems at Lucent Technologies, and supporting European network operations at RIPE NCC. These experiences gave me a strong technical foundation and a deep appreciation for rigorous engineering, international collaboration, and the power of well-designed systems.

Eventually, my path led me to Canada, where I spent more than two decades leading major transformation programs across Scotiabank, RBC, CIBC, and BMO. I delivered AML modernization, regulatory change (FINTRAC, FATCA, PCMLTFA), AI-enabled initiatives, enterprise data programs, and award-winning digital transformations. I'm known for bringing order to complexity, aligning diverse teams, and delivering predictable outcomes under tight regulatory timelines.

Today, through A3S, I offer consulting services to organizations that need strong program leadership, regulatory expertise, and transformation guidance. My approach is grounded in clarity, structure, and disciplined execution: shaped by engineering, refined through financial services, and strengthened by years of leading cross-functional teams.

Alongside my consulting work, I support students and young professionals exploring careers in technology, engineering, or financial services. Mentorship has always been part of my journey, and I offer it freely to those who need guidance, direction, or encouragement.
